Our Research

EnvyPak through its driven leaders needed to be inventive to develop a better technology for producing clear plastic envelopes, pockets and page protectors. The challenge was to create a barrier to edge out other manufacturers with “our secret sauce” and manufacturing ingenuity. Working with our material vendors and in-house experts in equipment building and modification, we came up with Darkweld Technology – a proprietary process exclusive to EnvyPak. Research started in 1998 and after 10 years of working with traditional technologies converting plastic products. The due diligence payed off, and the EnvyPak product line has been sold and distributed worldwide with huge success. Our clients continuing to challenge us to find new and better applications and we live for that!
